Do you accept insurance?

No. Revive Lounge™ is a private-pay, cash-based recovery and wellness center. This allows us to provide personalized technology-based services without insurance restrictions. Accepted payment options include debit card, credit card, cash, and CareCredit® when available. Please note a 2% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

How do I know which service I need?

You don't need to decide on your own. Start with the Recovery Assessment. Your Director of Patient Care will review your goals and discuss which Recovery Stack™ may be appropriate.

Is every person recommended the same treatment?

No. Every person is different. Your Recovery Stack™ is personalized based on your goals, concerns, and assessment.
